KJ Biermann, 15, was indicted Wednesday for child molestation and multiple charges of sexual battery against a child under 16, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
A grand jury in Fulton County, Ga., indicted KJ (whose full name is Kroy Jagger) on a total of seven counts, which also included aggravated sodomy and a false imprisonment charge.
Last month, the son of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann was arrested and initially charged with two felony counts stemming from an alleged April incident, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

He was charged with aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy Aug. 17 following his arrest in Alpharetta, Georgia.
The teen is being charged as an adult under Georgia’s SB440 law, which gives adult superior courts jurisdiction over teenagers aged 13 to 17 accused of specific violent felonies.

KJ is currently being held with no bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center pending a preliminary hearing in September.
Zolciak previously denied the allegations levied against her son in a statement provided to Fox News Digital.

“The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling,” the reality star said. “He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.
“My son voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed. Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found. We are also aware that this individual has made similar allegations involving two other people, which raises serious concerns that deserve to be carefully examined.”
Zolciak added, “False accusations can have devastating consequences not only for the person being accused, but also for genuine survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Every legitimate allegation deserves to be taken seriously and investigated based on the facts and evidence. At the same time, no one should be publicly condemned based solely on an accusation.”

“We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations,” Zolciak said.

KJ is the oldest son of Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak. The former couple also has Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12. Biermann adopted Zolciak’s daughters, Ariana and Brielle, from a previous relationship.
