Kelly Osbourne is stepping away from the noise and giving herself time to recharge.
The 41-year-old television personality shared a series of vacation photos as she reflected on the importance of slowing down amid a busy and emotional period in her life.
In one photo, Osbourne relaxed on a lounge chair in a leopard-print one-piece swimsuit while soaking up the sun.

She reclined with both arms resting behind her head and one leg crossed over the other. Osbourne paired the animal-print swimsuit with her iconic black cat-eye sunglasses featuring red-tinted lenses, layered necklaces and several rings, while her tattoos were visible along her arms.
A second photo offered another look at the same poolside moment.
Osbourne leaned back against the lounge chair with her arms at her sides. Her blonde hair was swept back as she enjoyed the sunny setting.

The former reality star explained that the getaway had given her an opportunity to disconnect from the demands of everyday life.
“I’m really learning how important it is to step away from the madness sometimes. 🌊☀️” Osbourne wrote on Instagram.
“I get so wrapped up in life, work, people, plans… everything going on around me, that I genuinely forget I’m allowed to stop. To switch off. To breathe. To just be.”
Osbourne said the time away had changed her perspective on taking a break.
“This holiday has reminded me that taking a break isn’t wasting time — sometimes it’s exactly what you need to come back to yourself.”
She added, “I honestly feel reborn. Lighter, calmer, happier… and very much NOT ready to go home 😂❤️”
Fans celebrated Osbourne’s carefree vacation photos in the comments, with several praising how happy she appeared.
“Your dad is smiling watching you get your sparkle back ❤️✨️,” one person wrote.
Another commented, “Wow !!!!! You are stunning !! You look so happy and healthy !!!!”
A third fan focused on Osbourne’s poolside look, writing, “🔥I love that bathing suit girl! You look amazing !! Miss ya. Hope you’re doing well. 💜🤘🏼”
Osbourne also shared a close-up selfie taken on the water as the sun set behind her.

Wearing the same black cat-eye sunglasses, she posed in a black-and-white striped top with her blonde hair swept back. The orange sun could be seen dropping toward the horizon behind her, reflecting across the water.
Osbourne’s time away also included a sweet moment with her 3-year-old son, Sidney.
In another photo, Osbourne cuddled her 3-year-old son, Sidney, while aboard a boat. The mother and son smiled as Sidney wrapped his arm around her neck.
Osbourne held her son close, while an older child stood at the boat’s steering wheel beside them. Sidney is Osbourne’s son with Slipknot musician Sid Wilson. The former couple welcomed him in 2022.

The getaway comes amid changes in Osbourne’s personal life following reports that she and Wilson have split.
Earlier this month, Osbourne fueled speculation about their relationship when she shared a series of since-deleted Instagram Stories that appeared to take aim at Wilson, though she never mentioned him by name.
“Wake the f— up and take some responsibility. I will not take your s— anymore! I’m done. I want to be happy, and I have a beautiful son to raise. Leave me alone. Let me heal. I can’t protect you from yourself anymore,” she wrote.
Osbourne later appeared to reference unresolved issues involving their son, finances and her belongings.
“Also while I’m at it can I have my dogs back and all my possessions. Oh yeah and maybe some child support?”
Osbourne and Wilson reportedly ended their engagement earlier this year, though neither has publicly confirmed the split. The pair began dating in 2022 and welcomed Sidney later that year.
Her vacation comes during an emotional chapter for the Osbourne family following the death of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, in July 2025.
The Black Sabbath frontman died at 76, just weeks after performing his final concert with the legendary heavy metal band.
Osbourne has remained fiercely protective of her father’s legacy. Most recently, she fired back at Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider after he made comments about the late rocker’s songwriting.
For now, however, Osbourne’s latest update suggests she is making a deliberate effort to step away from the pressures surrounding her and enjoy quieter moments with her family.
“Note to self: do this more often,” she wrote. “Life will still be there when you get back. ✨”
